Oven cook from frozen in 15 minutes, these crispy portions of cod are a great, time saving, mid-week tea.They also make an awesome cod goujon butty! Ingredients: cod (Gadus Morhua) (fish) (50%), wheat flour (wheat flour: calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), rapeseed oil, water, salt, yeast.For allergen see ingredients in bold.Keep frozen - 180c. Cook from frozen.Remove all packaging. Place in a pre-heated fan-assisted oven at 200oc for 10 to 15 min.
