Aegean Sea farmed sea bream. We have prepared them for you by removing the scales and gut, and cleaned them before freezing. Sea bream reminds us of holidays to Greece and the crystal clear waters of the Aegean Sea. Slighter plumper than the sea bass, bream has a more delicate texture.
Season with sea salt and olive oil, and grill or barbecue until the skin goes crispy - simple is often best. Serve with a Greek salad and roasted herby new potatoes, amazing!
